The Mutant Maggots are one of three teams in Total Drama Revenge Do Over. Their team color is red and their logo is a squirming mutated larva maggot with razor sharp teeth. The team consists of Amy, Desiree, Ella, Giselle, Harrison, Jack, Nicole, Rodney, Sammy and Topher. The team underwent a team swap at the end of Finders Creepers, where Nicole and Rodney were exchanged for the Radioactive Rats's Colton and the Toxic Turtles's Tanner. The team underwent another team swap at the end of Nothing To Sea, where Giselle and Jack were exchanged for the Radioactive Rats's Coby and the Toxic Turtles's Krystal. The team was dismissed at the merge in Grand Chef Auto, where the remaining members at the time the team was dismissed were Coby, Harrison, Sammy, and Tanner.

Note: In Finders Creepers, the two campers that were initially captured from each team by the spider at the start of the challenge were switched into opposing teams, with Nicole and Rodney being switched out for Colton from the Radioactive Rats and Tanner from the Toxic Turtles.

As punishment for being inside the mine past an hour, Chris ordered the team to vote one of them off. She was prone to aiding the other team, and Harrison was more useful, so she was voted out.
	Desiree The Author	22nd	9th	Backstabbers Ahoy	Her fight with Amy along with her saving her former teammate Rodney from being harmed prevented her team from winning, causing Amy, Topher, Colton and Tanner to vote her off.
	Amy The Mean Twin	Returns		The Runaway Model	She was eliminated despite Sammy being voted out because Sammy successfully masqueraded herself as Amy by wearing a fake blueberry mole and concealing Amy's mole with unremovable skin-colored grease. Since Amy no longer had her distinct mole, everyone thought she was Sammy and she was catapulted.
	Rodney The Hopeless Romantic	Switched to Toxic Turtles		A Mine Is A Terrible Thing To Waste	After forgetting about Desiree and continuously falling in love with other women after her elimination, Giselle reminds him about his love for Desiree. Guilt-ridden, he volunteers for elimination to reunite with her.
	Krystal The Mischievous Fan	18th	8th	Nothing To Sea	After swapping into the team, Tanner persuades her into an alliance where he'll do all the dirty work and she merely votes with him, since she's done with her mischievous ways. However, he blindsides her since he felt like she was a rival, convincing Colton, Topher, and Coby to vote her off.
	Colton The Military Brat	16th	7th	Trivial Matters	Tanner convinced Topher, Coby and Sammy to vote him out because he was a physical threat in the competition.
	Topher The Junior Host	15th	6th	Having A Hill Of A Time	Scarlett anonymously tricked him into believing he was the new host of Total Drama after Tanner egged him on, with Chris being ousted out of his job by Chef after being rendered too old to host by Colton's prank that was tampered by Scarlett. Chris later recovers and returns, disqualifying him after he stole his role as the host for an entire episode.

	Coby The Shy Kid	14th	5th	Grand Chef Auto	He was eliminated by Tanner, who won the challenge and got to pick who went home, because he believed he was in an alliance with Scarlett, to eradicate any alliance she had so that she would be forced to ally with him.
	Amy The Mean Twin	13th	4th	Quarantine Cuisine	She was voted out because she was disliked by most of the cast due to her cruel mistreatment of Sammy and her generally rude personality.
	Giselle The Queen of Lolita	Switched to Radioactive Rats		Eat, Puke, And Be Wary	She was mercifully voted out by her friends because the game was growing far too dangerous for her sweet pacifistic nature, and because Scarlett and Tanner had super immunity.
	Tanner The Strategist	7th	3rd	Tox Box	He and Jack were the last two contestants remaining inside the Tox Box. Since Sammy granted Jack immunity alongside her, he was technically the last contestant to leave the box and was eliminated by default.
	Nicole The Secret Agent	Switched to Radioactive Rats		Hurler's Haven	She was cheated out by Scarlett, who tampered with the votes made by the losers to eliminate her.
	Sammy The Nice Twin	4th	2nd	Peace Of Mine	She was eliminated by the the staff vote because she had technically already been eliminated, but swapped places with her sister to stay in the game.
	Harrison The Greaser	3rd	1st		Jack defeated him in a tiebreaker race to Boney Island and back by utilizing Alfonzo, the teleporting frog.
	Jack The "Superhero"	Switched to Toxic Turtles		The Ultimate Showdown	After working together with Scarlett in a giant robot to save the entire cast from mutants, the robot collapsed and the two fell out. He fell on top of her and had technically pinned her down for three seconds, thus winning him the final challenge and becoming the winner of the season.
